Refund policy

Returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@dailyusefuldeals.com with your order number. Our products ship from several partner studios and warehouses, so we will confirm the correct return address with you. Please do not ship anything back before you hear from us.

Items need to be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. Most refunds post within 10 business days of the return arriving.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund you in full, and we cover the return shipping in these cases.

Return shipping

For other returns, you pay the return shipping cost. We recommend a tracked service, since we cannot refund a return that does not arrive.
